At VOYCHERE, every piece is designed with intention, precision, and care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—within clear, fair boundaries.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition with all tags attached
Returned in original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns requested outside this window will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Store Credit
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products
Due to the limited nature of our drops, quantities are restricted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or item, please return the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order using your store credit.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided items meet the return conditions outlined above. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Policy Integrity
VOYCHERE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements or show signs of wear, misuse, or abuse.
